General Terms

These General Terms and Conditions govern the access and usage of VPrime FX's Platform, including mobile applications, products, software, websites, APIs, and other services. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. VPrime FX reserves the right to modify these terms, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

User Registration

To access the VPrime FX Platform, users must create an Account in accordance with the applicable User Agreement. The terms "you" or "your" refer to the Account owner, while "VPrime FX," "us," and "our" refer to the corresponding entity of VPrime FX with which you have entered into a User Agreement. By registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.

Funding the Platform

VPrime FX provides convenience to users by allowing them to fund transactions or their Account using various financial instruments and/or accounts, such as bitcoin and other related crypto services. By funding transactions or the Account, you authorize VPrime FX to charge the full amount to the specified financial instrument and/or external account. VPrime FX may use third-party payment processors to facilitate these transactions, subject to their terms and conditions.

Unsupported Assets

VPrime FX does not support or recognize any cryptocurrency or digital/virtual assets ("Unsupported Assets") that are not compatible with its technology and Platform. VPrime FX retains the discretion to list or delist any Asset at any time and may convert an Unsupported Asset into another supported Asset at prevailing market rates. Users should ensure that they only deposit supported assets into their VPrime FX account to avoid potential loss of funds.

Legal Compliance

Users of the VPrime FX Platform are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. VPrime FX does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and users should seek independent advice if they have any questions regarding their legal obligations. VPrime FX reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies to enforce legal compliance and prevent unlawful activities on the Platform.
